A sad tale of a little black puppy

My dad bought back a little black puppy Doberman a couple days ago...a new addition to the family. The puppy was only 6 weeks old...in future she is supposed to guard the house and keep the bad guys out :pMy old dog Jessie was very curious about her and kept sniffing at the puppy's butt. Haha!! But thank god after a few barks and nips at the puppy Jessie accepted that the puppy was here to stay.

After trying out a few names, we decided to name the puppy Brandy =) We feed the Brandy rice with chicken liver (what Jessie eats) . Brandy eats like a "hungry ghost" haha she puts her paws in the dog dish and gobble up the food like no tomorrow. Bits of rice starts flying everywhere until the floor was covered with it as well as the the puppy's head and nose =.=
I played with her that evening and she keep nipping my hand...hmm must remember to keep all the shoes or else all that is left is pieces of rubber =p
I noticed Brandy had a big tummy and ask my dad about it...he ask usually puppies do have big tummy..like me I guess haha!

Come next morning...the maid complain that the puppy shit everywhere in the yard. I went out to see and could smell puppy poo even though my maid wash the area . Yucks!! hmm guess Brandy had diarrhea ...was suspecting maybe she had worms.Went to work and didn't think much of it. Later I got a call from my dad that he took the puppy to see the Vet. The Vet says the poor little puppy had worms as well as a kind virus in her tummy. She has only 20% chance to live. Whether she can make it depends on the next 5 days and how strong she is =(
OMG!! I was really sad to hear that. Even though she only came to us for one night but I already thought of her as part of the family.

When I reach home, the poor puppy was gone. Dad says he gave her back to the seller...not because the puppy was sick but coz the seller cheated him...Brandy was not a pure-breed. My dad wanted a pure Doberman.

I was quite sad about Brandy's departure. I keep thinking whether the seller will take good care of her especially now she is so sick. I feel that her 20% chance has just drop to 5% only.

To just enter the world and leave in a mere 6 weeks...... and be helpless and suffer in silent..coz she is dog and cannot choose the master .
